Even though the name says Jajpur Road, we do a lot of our handling from Plot No-1683 in Bhaktamadhu Nagar, Talabania. That is over in Bhubaneswar. Manoj Kumar Patra is the one you will usually find there. It is a busy area and the plot is easy enough to spot once you get into the neighborhood. We have been working out of this location for a while. The office is practical. We have some desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of registers. Working in the ferro alloys industry means things can get technical, but we keep the office side of things simple. We do not go in for big meetings or long presentations. Usually, it is just a phone call or a quick chat to get things sorted. The weather in Bhubaneswar gets really hot, so we have the coolers running most of the time. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of employees in this office. It is a small group of us who work hard. We make sure the paperwork for the alloys is correct and that the logistics are moving. It is a lot of coordination with the Jajpur Road site. We have grown used to the rhythm of the work over the years. We stay until the day's tasks are finished. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important to us. Talabania is a decent place to be based. It has a bit of everything, and being in Bhaktamadhu Nagar means we are close to where we need to be for errands.
