Our office is located in the Awas Vikas Colony in Haldwani, specifically at EWS-93/2. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes it a bit more relaxed than being right in the middle of a commercial market. Since we are in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, the weather is usually a bit better than down in the plains, though it still gets quite warm in the peak of summer. Most people find us by looking for the block numbers in Awas Vikas. It’s a simple spot where we handle the day-to-day operations for Kohli Builders and Developers. We don't have a big glass front or a receptionist in a suit; it’s more about having a desk and a place to keep our files. The neighborhood is mostly families, so you see kids playing outside and people walking to the local shops. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather turns, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about local projects. If you’re coming from the main part of Haldwani, it doesn’t take very long to reach us. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on what needs to be finished by the end of the week. There’s a small tea shop a few houses down where we usually grab a snack. It’s just a normal workplace for a small team in a quiet colony.
