Jindal Stainless Limited

We are based in Kanheipur, near Jajpur Road, staying at the place of Batakrushna Naik. This part of Orissa is very connected to the metal industry, but our office itself is quite modest. It’s a basic building in a village-like setting where everyone knows their neighbors. There’s no big glass building here for Jindal Stainless Limited. Instead, we have a simple room with some old wooden furniture and a ceiling fan that hums constantly. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a trek to get to the main road. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different people and making sure the paperwork for the stainless steel shipments is in order. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and making phone calls. We don't have high-speed internet that never fails, so we sometimes have to wait for things to load. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We might take a break to sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. It’s a practical way to run things without all the stress of a big city office. We know the local transport guys and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a small community, and we are just a small part of it. We keep our files in simple folders and don't worry too much about having the latest office gadgets as long as the work gets done. It is just an ordinary place where we do our daily tasks.
