Jusco - A Tata Enterprises

Our office is right there at 5/145 in Dhabalgiri, Jajpur Road. It’s easy to find because we’re directly in front of the OMC Guest House. Being in Jajpur means we see a lot of activity every day. We are part of the Tata family, but down here on the ground, we just feel like the local crew. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our tools and our records. We’ve been in Orissa for a long time and we know how things work in this heat and rain. Most of the time, we’re out on Jajpur Road or moving between sites. We don't have a receptionist who gives you a scripted greeting. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We handle the basic stuff that keeps a town moving—infrastructure, utilities, and making sure the area stays in decent shape. It’s not glamorous and the floors are often a bit muddy from people coming and going, but it’s real work. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the jobs get finished so the next one can start. People around here know us as the Jusco folks and that’s good enough for us. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks we’ve got for the week ahead.
