M/S Hindalco Industries Ltd, Hirakud

We are located at Qr.No.: E-1/3 in the Hindalco Colony in Hirakud. This is a company area, so everything revolves around the smelter nearby. Being in the Sambalpur district, it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. Our office is just one of the company quarters, which makes it feel very much like a home. We don’t have fancy lunch spots, so we just bring food from home and eat at our desks. The work is mostly about coordinating the smelter operations and keeping track of the local logistics. It is a very practical way to live and work. We don't use much fancy language here. We just talk about the daily output and the maintenance schedules.
