You can find us at Plot no-Ga/276 in Sailashreevihar, which is over in the Chandrasekharpur area of Bhubaneswar. National Aluminium Company Altd has been in this spot for quite some time now. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s not as chaotic as the main market centers. We have a decent setup here with enough room for all the staff to breathe. The building has a bit of age to it, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through stacks of documents. We handle a lot of the regional stuff from here. Since we’re in the capital, things can get a bit formal sometimes with officials visiting, but we try to keep it down to earth. We’re just regular people doing a regular job. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it tough. Lunchtimes are usually spent sharing food and complaining about the humidity. It’s a good atmosphere. We don't go for those big mission statements or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done by the end of the shift and we do it. It’s been our base for years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a steady place to work, even if the computers are a bit slow sometimes. We just make do with what we have and keep going.
