We’ve been based out here in Damanjodi for a good while now, specifically over in Sector III. If you know the area near Nalco, we are right around the corner at Quarter No. A/150. Raju Biswas is the main person to look for if you stop by the office. It is a busy spot, mostly because of the industrial work going on around the district. We handle our daily operations from this small setup. It isn’t a fancy place, just a regular office where we get through the paperwork and project planning. Being in Koraput district means we are used to the local pace and the specific challenges of working in this part of Odisha. Most days involve a lot of coordinating with the site teams and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. We don't have a huge team on-site at this specific address, but it serves as our home base for the local contracts. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are already working with the bigger plants nearby. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction and transport activity, but that is just how it is in an industrial hub like this. We try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the work day. If someone needs to drop off documents or talk about the ongoing projects, they usually just show up and ask for Raju. It's a straightforward way of doing things, and it works for us.
