We are located in the Ganjam district of Orissa, specifically in a place called Palligumula. Our office is set up at K.C. Patra’s place. The location is quite a distance from the main city buzz, which we actually prefer. Even though the name mentions Jharsuguda, this particular base in Ganjam helps us cover the southern part of the state. The operation is strictly local. Most of us grew up around here or in nearby towns. The work involves managing projects that are often quite far apart, so there’s a lot of travel involved. When we are at the office in Badakusthasali, it’s mostly about catching up on paperwork and checking in with the team. The surroundings are pretty quiet, mostly trees and local houses. It doesn’t feel like a typical company office at all. We sit around a big table, have our coffee, and figure out the logistics for the next site visit. There aren't any big signs or advertisements. If you’re looking for us, you usually have to ask someone in the village. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Our focus is just on getting the project work finished without making a big scene. Working this way is practical for this part of Orissa, and it has served us well for a long time. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. No one here is in a rush to leave either.
