Indian Rare Earths Ltd

Our place is located in Ganjam, Orissa, and we’ve been part of the local landscape here for a good while. Dealing with rare earths sounds complicated to some, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. We’re out here near the coast where the work involves a lot of sand and minerals. The weather can be tough, especially during the monsoon when things get muddy, but the work doesn't stop. Most of the guys here are locals who’ve grown up in the area. We have our main operations set up, and it’s a pretty big site compared to the nearby villages. It isn't a quiet job; there’s always machinery running or trucks moving stuff around. We focus on the minerals we find in the ground and getting them ready for whatever they’re needed for next. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to fix it on the fly. It's a lot of physical labor mixed with some technical monitoring. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a functional office where we keep track of the day's output. Life in Ganjam moves at its own pace, but we stay busy with the processing. It’s just how things are done at our site, day in and day out, regardless of the heat or the rain coming off the ocean.
