We are Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited, located over in the Salem district, specifically in the Sankari taluk at Edangana Salai. The office is on 3/510 K.K. Nagar West, which is a fairly easy place to find once you are in the neighborhood. It’s quite a different vibe here in Tamil Nadu compared to the northern sites. The sun is sharp and the ground is hard. We have a lot of local guys who are experts at handling the machinery in this kind of terrain. The office itself is just a regular building where we handle the billing and the machine schedules. It’s not very large, but it serves its purpose for our daily meetings. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. You’ll see the team sitting around with their coffee in the morning, talking about which site needs more attention. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy presentations. It’s mostly just looking at the equipment and making sure the fuel is topped up. Sometimes we have to deal with the local traffic when moving the bigger machines, which can be a bit of a headache. But overall, it is a steady routine. We just do the work we’re supposed to do and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved in the project. We are just a group of people working hard under the sun to make sure everything stays on schedule at Edangana Salai.
