We've been running Bhanja Minerals for a while now from Shstrinagar in Joda. It's a busy spot here in Keonjhar. Kartik Chandra Mohanta's place is where we set everything up. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we handle our daily work. Mostly we deal with what's coming out of the ground around here in Orissa. It gets dusty, and the phones don't always work great, but we get the job done. We've seen a lot of changes in the mining scene over the years. People come and go, but we stay put in Baneikela. It’s a small team, really just a few of us making sure the paperwork is right and the loads are moving out on time. Sometimes the rains make the roads a mess, which slows things down, but that's just how it is living and working in Keonjhar. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably see us just sitting at our desks or talking to the drivers. We know most people in the neighborhood by name. It’s more of a family feel than a big company vibe. We keep things simple. No complicated systems, just honest work every day. The office is easy to find if you know where the post office is. We’ve been here long enough that most locals can point you our way. It's just home for us. We just keep going.
