We are based in Angul, Orissa, which is a major hub for a lot of heavy industry and construction. Our presence here is all about managing the various projects we have going on in this part of the state. It is a busy town with a lot of dust and trucks, reflecting all the growth happening around us. We don't have a complicated setup; our office is just a place where the engineers and supervisors meet up to coordinate the next steps of the project. A lot of our time is spent travelling between different sites around the district to make sure everything is being built according to the plans. The humidity here can be quite something during certain times of the year, but the crew is used to working through it. We keep our operations pretty straightforward and don't bother with a lot of the corporate polish you might see elsewhere. It is more about the practical side of things, like making sure the concrete is poured right or the steel arrives on time. We have been working in the Angul area for a good while and have built up a lot of local knowledge. It is mostly just about putting in the hours and getting the projects finished so we can move on to the next one without too much delay or unnecessary fuss from the main office.
