This office is tucked away in the Baragada Brit Colony over in Bhubaneswar. We are a unit of the Aditya Birla Group, specifically working under the Utkal Alumina and Hindalco side of things. If you know the Mb92 building, that’s where you’ll find us. It’s not a massive skyscraper or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle the paperwork and coordination for our operations. Working in a colony like Baragada is nice because it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We have our regulars who come by, and the staff here mostly live nearby in the city. Since we are part of a much larger group, there is always plenty to do, but we try to keep things simple in this specific branch. It gets busy with phone calls and meetings, especially when the projects in the other districts are ramping up. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most days involve just keeping track of the supply chain or making sure the administrative side doesn't fall behind. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local team in Orissa making sure the bigger machine keeps turning. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the roads a mess, but we just keep at it. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to work and get the job done right.
