We are located out in Burkhamunda, near the Vedanta Alumina site in Jharsuguda. It’s a very industrial area, quite far from any of the big city life. The office is basically right there where all the project action is. It’s a practical setup because we need to be close to the sites we are working on. The dust and the noise from the machinery are just part of the daily life for us. We don't have a lot of luxuries in this office. It’s mostly just functional furniture and a lot of paperwork related to the various site tasks. Abani and the rest of the crew spend most of our time coordinating things and making sure everything is moving along. The weather in Odisha can be pretty extreme, so we either have the fans on full blast or we are dealing with the heavy rains. It’s a hardworking environment for sure. We don't have much time for corporate talk or fancy presentations. People around here are straightforward and say what they mean. We eat our meals together in the small break area when we find a moment. It feels much more like a field office than a corporate headquarters. Most of the people we interact with are workers or engineers coming straight from the site. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place to work. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule without complaining about the lack of city comforts.
