Our office is on Rayar Street in Orathanadu, sharing space with the Kanixerox shop. It’s a small, functional setup right in the middle of town. You’ll find us surrounded by stacks of paper and the sound of the Xerox machine running next door. We handle a lot of the clerical side of things, dealing with local trade and helping people with their paperwork. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a room with some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of files tucked into every available corner. Being on Rayar Street means there is always someone passing by, and we often end up chatting with neighbors while we work. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of documents to sort through, but we manage. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. People in Orathanadu just know where to find us if they need something done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things out in our ledger books. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the big factories, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to step outside to wait for the breeze. It’s just how things go here. We focus on getting the daily tasks finished before the sun sets.
