Down in the Nilgiris, near the Ketti Post Office, you’ll find us. Needle Industries India Private Limited has been a part of this landscape for a very long time. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, but inside our walls, there is a lot going on. We make things that people use every day but probably don’t think much about. The air up here in the hills is nice, which makes coming to work a bit better even when the days are long. We have a lot of local people working with us, some of whom have been here for decades. They know the machines inside and out. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the different sections for manufacturing and packing. We don't put on airs or try to act like a big-city corporation. We’re just a factory in the hills doing our part. Sometimes the mist rolls in and covers the whole valley, and things feel a bit slower, but the production lines keep moving. We deal with small parts that require a lot of attention to detail. If the machines aren't calibrated right, the whole batch is off, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. It’s a steady rhythm of work that has defined this place for generations. We’re proud to be where we are, tucked away in Ketti, just doing the job as best as we can.
