Golden Dew Tea Factory

We are located at 3rd Mile on Davershola Road. The Golden Dew Tea Factory is a place where there is always something happening from morning until late. You can hear the machines running from a distance when you are walking down the road towards the factory. It is a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view of the surrounding hills is nice when the clouds clear. The road itself can get a bit muddy and slick when it rains, which happens quite often around this part of the country. Inside the factory, the floors are always being swept because tea dust gets everywhere. It is just part of the job. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know each other pretty well and have worked together for years. We drink a lot of tea ourselves throughout the day to keep going. The building has been here for a long time and it shows its age in some spots, but it does what it needs to do. We do not spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with the rhythm of the processing and the machines. Every morning starts with the sound of the gates opening and the first shift coming in. It is a steady kind of life. When the trucks come to pick up the crates, that is when it gets really busy. We just try to stay organized and make sure the leaves are handled properly.
