Rao Agencies is based over in Hayath Nagar, at 32-96. We are right in the Rangareddy district, which is a big area, but Hayath Nagar has its own feel. Our place is mostly about logistics and getting things from one point to another. We have a lot of paperwork to keep track of, though the desks are usually a bit of a mess. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on where things are throughout the day. We have been operating here for quite a while. The traffic in Rangareddy can be a real headache sometimes, which makes our jobs a bit more complicated, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a fancy showroom because we do not really need one. It is more of an office and storage space where we can organize everything. The staff here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute you are on the phone, and the next you are helping unload a truck. It is not always organized perfectly, but we manage to get things where they need to go. We like being in Hayath Nagar. It is a good spot for us, and we have built up a lot of local connections over the years. We just keep at it, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss for the people who rely on us.
