Vardhini Exports

Our place, Vardhini Exports, is located right in the Prakasam Industrial Estate over in Chimakurthi. If you know the area, we are pretty close to the main road bypass, which makes it easier for the trucks to get in and out without getting stuck in too much traffic. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise and dust, but that’s just part of the job when you are dealing with exports. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking the inventory and making sure everything is packed up the way it should be. It is a straightforward operation here. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that; it is just us making sure the work gets done every day. The bypass road is a lifesaver for our logistics, especially when we have tight deadlines to meet. Chimakurthi is a busy hub, and we feel like a small but useful part of the activity here. We started out with just a few ideas and now we have a steady flow of items moving through the doors. The office is plain, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of filing cabinets for all the export documents. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and suppliers. It's not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine. We just keep our heads down and work.
