Lakshmi Industries

Lakshmi Industries is situated out at Plot No. 141 in the Apiic Growth Center in Gundlapalli. It is quite a drive out there if you are coming from the main town in Prakasam district. The growth center is a big area with a lot of different factories and units. We have been at this plot for several years now. It's a large space with high ceilings which is good because we have some heavy machines that take up a lot of room. The noise can get pretty loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We don't have a big corporate office or a lobby. If you come by, you'll probably find us on the shop floor. We wear old clothes because things get dirty fast around here. There is a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It's dusty because of the industrial setting, but we do our best to keep it sorted. The sun hits the building hard in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside. We usually take a break when the power fluctuates, which happens sometimes in this part of Gundlapalli. We don't have any fancy goals written on the walls. We just come in early, do the work that’s scheduled for the day, and make sure everything is locked up before we head home for the evening.
