Out here in Pikudipadu Village, things move at a bit of a different pace than in the big cities. Godrej C D P L is located at Dr.No.319 in Mandalsanthotalam, which is part of the Prakasam district. It’s a quiet area mostly, surrounded by fields and a few other local businesses. We’ve been set up here for a while, and the locals know where to find us. The building itself is straightforward and serves our needs for the work we do every day. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a workspace where the staff shows up, does their bit, and goes home. Being in a village means we know most of our neighbors. You can hear the sounds of the countryside while we work, which is actually quite nice compared to a noisy industrial zone. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure our inventory is where it needs to be. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the dust gets everywhere, but that’s just part of being in this part of the country. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the local crew, making sure the operations run smoothly. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we’re a pretty tight-knit group. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the work right in front of us. It is simple work but it keeps us busy.
