We are located at No. 5/1 Love-Nest, which is where we handle all our daily business for the overseas trade. It is a bit of a specific spot, and we have been here for a good while now. Working on the international side of things means we are often dealing with different time zones, so sometimes the lights stay on a bit later than usual. We manage a lot of outgoing orders and try to keep everything straight so there are no mix-ups with the shipping labels. It is mostly just paperwork, phone calls, and making sure the supplies are ready. The team here is small, and we all know each other well. We don't really do the big corporate stuff; we just focus on getting the packages sent out and checking the tracking numbers. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier is late, but that is just part of the job. We have our desks set up to handle the influx of requests we get. It can be a lot to manage during the busy season, but we just take it one box at a time. Being at Love-Nest makes it easy for people to find us if they are in the neighborhood. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the list of things that need to be done for the day. It is a steady pace. We've got a routine of checking the logs and making sure the labels are stuck on right. It's just us here, working through the stack of orders that come in every week.
