Prabhasri Industry Private Limited

We are located in Village Atrauli, which falls under the Ratanpur panchayat in the Obra block. Raj Kumar Singh is the main person here, and we work out of his place. Even though the name says "Industry," we are still very much a local operation. We don't have huge chimneys or thousands of workers. It’s a smaller setup where we try to process things from the local area. Obra is a place where you have to be practical to survive, and that’s how we run things. We might be fixing a machine one hour and then sitting down to talk to a supplier the next. There is no set routine. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. We’ve had some ups and downs since we started. Sometimes the equipment breaks or we can't get the supplies we need because the roads are blocked, but we keep going. It’s about being part of the village and giving people here some work that isn’t just in the fields. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be a solid business that people in Atrauli can depend on. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the office is usually full of spare parts and ledgers, but it’s our business and we are proud of what we have built here.
