Ramesh Book Depot

Ramesh Book Depot is a small shop on Boad Road in Ganoh. We are located right near the Government Senior Secondary School, so we are a very familiar spot for all the local students and their parents. Being in the Kangra district means we get to see the hills every day, though we are mostly looking at the books on our shelves. We have been here for many years. We sell textbooks, notebooks, pencils, and whatever else the kids need for their classes. We do not have a fancy computer system to track our stock. We just know what we have and where it is kept. The shop is not very large, but we pack a lot into the space. We do not spend money on marketing or making things look corporate. We would rather just keep the prices fair for the families in the village. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for when school starts or finishes for the day. Then the shop gets very full and loud with kids. We like that energy. It makes the day go by faster and keeps us busy. We are just a local depot trying to help out the community in Ganoh. We plan to stay right here on Boad Road for many more years to come, serving the students.
