Vishwkarma Impex is our little operation where we handle importing and exporting. The name comes from the traditional idea of building and creating, which we like. We don't have a big flashy storefront. Most of our work is done through shipping containers and logistics. It’s a lot of tracking where things are in the world. Sometimes stuff gets stuck at the port, and we have to spend all day on the phone. It’s a Private Limited company, but we run it like a small shop. There’s only a few of us here. We handle the paperwork and the orders ourselves. We aren't interested in being the biggest traders out there. We just want to make sure the goods get where they need to go in one piece. We’ve learned a lot about international trade the hard way, through years of experience. We don't have any fancy brochures. Our reputation is just based on what we’ve done before for people. The office is usually full of samples and shipping documents. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just try to be honest with the people we deal with. If a shipment is going to be late, we tell them right away. It’s about keeping things real and doing the job as best as we can every day. We don't have a website with stock photos. We just have our desks and our phones and a lot of patience for the customs paperwork.
