VAZCO INDUSTRIES

Our place is in Padiyoor, which is a quiet enough spot in Thrissur, Kerala. VAZCO INDUSTRIES has been running from here for some time now. Being in Kerala, the weather is often rainy or very humid, but we are used to that. The office and the workshop are part of the same premises, so there is always some noise of machines or people talking. It is not a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have wooden desks and old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless there is a festival blocking the main roads. Thrissur is a place with a lot of tradition, and we try to keep that local feel in how we talk to people. We don't use fancy jargon or have long PowerPoint presentations. If something needs fixing, someone grabs a tool and fixes it. We drink tea together twice a day, usually from the small shop down the road. It’s a simple life here at Padiyoor P.O. We handle the manufacturing and the paperwork ourselves. There is a lot of green around the building, which is nice when you look out the window. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day. It's honest work and we've built a decent rhythm over the years. We take care of the machines and keep the place clean without making a big fuss about it.
