We spend most of our time around cardboard and tape. T. M. D. PACKAGING PVT. LTD. isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us getting orders ready and making sure the boxes are sturdy enough for whatever people are putting in them. Sometimes the warehouse gets a bit dusty, and the noise from the machines can be a lot if you aren't used to it. We don't have a big public office where people sit and drink coffee. Most of the work is just manual, moving things around and checking the stacks. Even though the address says null on some forms, we are definitely here working every day. It started out small and stayed pretty grounded. We know the smell of fresh packing material better than anything else. Some days are busier than others when a big shipment needs to go out, and we all just pitch in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don’t spend money on big signs or ads because most people who need us already know where to find the team. It is just a regular workplace with regular people trying to get through the daily list of things to pack. We keep the floor swept as best we can, but with all the paper scraps, it’s a constant battle. That’s just how it goes here.
