We are Swastik Mechatronics India Pvt Ltd, and you can find us over in Secunderabad on Old Lancer Lane. Telangana is a big place, but we like our little corner here. The lane itself is one of those older parts of town where things feel a bit more settled. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine; it’s just a regular building where we do our daily business. We’ve got some machinery and computers that keep us busy from the time we open until we lock up. It gets pretty loud sometimes, but we’re used to it. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with us for a good bit of time. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk plainly and get things sorted. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoons when the work slows down a little. Parking on the lane is always a bit of a gamble, but we usually manage to find a spot. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving equipment around, and the desks are covered in notes and diagrams. It’s a real working environment, not some showpiece. We handle a lot of technical tasks, and we’ve learned to just take things one day at a time. It’s a steady pace, and it works for us and the people we deal with on a daily basis.
