We’ve been running Siddharth Filament Pvt. Ltd. for quite a while now. The factory floor is always moving with different spools and machines humming away. We didn't start with much, just a few machines and a desire to make things. Over the years, we've added more gear as we needed it. It's not a polished corporate office here. There is usually dust on the windows and grease on the floor because that is just the nature of manufacturing filaments. We spend our days watching the production lines to make sure everything is coming out right. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. Most of the staff have been with us for years, so we all know how the place runs. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of our business comes from people who have bought from us before and know what to expect. It's hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we have a big deadline to meet. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. The building isn't anything to look at from the outside, but inside we are always busy. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with filaments is what we know best, so we just stick to that and try to do a decent job every single day. It’s how we’ve stayed in business all this time without needing a big marketing team.
