You can find us at Lane-4 in Phase-1 of the Sidco Industrial Complex in Bari Brahma. It’s a busy spot with a lot of movement. Saraswati Plastotech India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this lane for a good bit of time. The complex itself is quite large, so we often have to give directions to people who get lost looking for Phase-1. Our building is a standard industrial setup. We have the production area in the back and a couple of rooms in the front where we handle the billing and phone calls. It’s often a bit noisy because of the plastic processing machines, but that's the sound of work getting done. We don't use any fancy corporate language here; we just say things as they are. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If an order is late, we explain why. We don't have a lobby with magazines or a coffee machine for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably just get a plastic chair and a glass of water from the cooler. The staff here is mostly local folks from around the Bari Brahma area, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic during shift changes. We focus on keeping the machines running and making sure the pallets are loaded correctly onto the trucks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do, and we do it every day.
