Sachdeva Lighting Pvt. Ltd. is where we all work every day. We spend most of our time dealing with all kinds of lights and fixtures. It is a bright place to be, literally, because there are always bulbs and tubes being tested or moved around the floor. Sometimes the glare gets to be a bit much, so we wear hats or just look away for a bit. It is a family-run kind of feel here, even if it is a private limited company. We have been doing this for a while and have seen how lighting has changed from the old bulbs to the new stuff. Our workspace is usually full of boxes and long tubes that we have to be careful not to trip over. There is always a lot of packing tape noise in the background. We don't really have a fancy office with big glass windows. It is more of a practical warehouse-style setup where we can get things done without worrying about getting the floor dirty. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp because there are a lot of small parts to keep track of. We are busy from morning till night. We just focus on the work and making sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It is a simple life but it keeps us on our toes and the lights are always on. The shelves are packed with inventory and sometimes it takes a while to find exactly the right bulb, but we manage. We just keep at it until the day is done.
