S. S. INFRATECH SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it the office. We deal with infrastructure stuff, which means a lot of time spent looking at site plans and dealing with contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. One day we are stuck behind desks dealing with paperwork, and the next we are out at a site getting mud on our shoes. It’s never really the same two days in a row. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a few computers that are getting a bit old and a printer that jams whenever you're in a hurry. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a group of people trying to make sure these projects actually get finished. There’s a lot of phone calls. My phone is usually ringing every ten minutes with someone asking about a delivery or a measurement. We try to keep things organized, but when you're dealing with big projects, there’s always something that goes sideways. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s hard work and it can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a local outfit doing our part in the industry. It’s practical work for practical people, and that’s fine by us. It keeps us on our toes and the bills paid.
