RIM Projects

We are located at 12/372(2) Karunalayam Road, which is right near the YWCA in Ernakulam. It’s a busy enough area and we’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. RIM Projects isn't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle all our paperwork and planning for the different jobs we take on. Most days start pretty early here. We have a small crew and we usually spend the morning figuring out where everyone needs to be. The traffic in Kerala can be a bit of a headache, so getting things moved around takes some doing. We mostly work with local folks and other businesses nearby. It is a lot of coordination, making sure materials arrive when they should and checking on the progress of various sites. Sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan, maybe a delivery is late or the weather turns, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't really into big speeches about what we do. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. The office is easy to find if you know the landmark, and there is usually someone around during the day to answer the phone or talk to whoever drops by. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a living and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We are just regular people trying to do a good job.
