Renit Power is based in Village Kotla, which is near Dharampur in the Baddi area. If you know Solan in Himachal Pradesh, you know it's a major hub for industries, but it’s still got that mountain feel. We are situated near the Thana, which is a local landmark people use to find us. The air is a bit fresher here than in the plains, but the work is just as hard. We deal with power systems, so our facility is full of heavy equipment and components. The winters get quite cold, and we often start the day with thick jackets and hot chai before the machines warm up the place. Baddi is a bit of a maze of factories and trucks, and we are just one part of that landscape. We’re a private limited company, but on the ground, it’s just a group of us managing the production and the paperwork. Logistics can be tricky when the mountain roads have issues, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches.
