We spend most of our days here at Pyrotech Odyssey Optronics Pvt. Ltd. messing around with optronics and circuit boards. It’s a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people, but it's what we do. The office gets a bit messy sometimes with all the parts lying around. We've been at this for a while now. Some days are slow, others we are running around trying to get things sorted. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. Just a group of us working through projects one by one. It’s quiet work mostly. You learn a lot when you're staring at small components all day. The coffee machine breaks down more often than we'd like, but we manage. Sometimes we lose track of time when a tricky problem comes up. It’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the jobs that come our way and making sure things actually turn on when they're supposed to. If you walked in, you'd probably see a few of us hunched over benches. It's not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done without too much fuss. I remember when we first got some of this equipment; it took us forever to get it calibrated right. We still have the old manuals sitting on a dusty shelf in the corner. Most of the time, we’re just troubleshooting things that don't want to cooperate. It’s a lot of trial and error. We just want to do the work we know and go home.
