At Oralee Power Industries, we spend a lot of time around equipment. It’s a bit noisy in the workshop most days. We’ve been at this for a while now. Power stuff is complicated, but we try to keep it straightforward for the people we talk to. We aren't wearing suits here. Most of us have some grease on our hands by noon. It's a Private Limited company on paper, but it feels more like a regular workshop when you're actually inside. We deal with parts and power systems. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend hours tweaking them. That's just how it goes in this line of work. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just do the work. If a customer has a problem, they call and we answer the phone. We try to be fair with everyone. The office is a bit small and the coffee isn't great, but the work gets done. We’ve had some long nights finishing up big projects. You get used to the hum of the machines after a while. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we build actually works when it’s supposed to. It’s honest work. We keep our tools organized, mostly. There's always a new challenge every week. We just take it as it comes. It is a good way to make a living.
