Omkar Industries

Omkar Industries is located down in Hospet, Karnataka. We are in the 7th Ward, specifically at TAPCMS Godown No-1 on the Ballari bypass road. Being near the bypass means we get a lot of trucks passing by, and it’s always a bit dusty from the traffic. The godown itself is a big, open structure where we store all our materials and equipment. It’s not a fancy office building by any means. It’s built for utility and nothing else. We spend our days moving things around, checking the inventory, and making sure everything is where it should be. The Hosapete sun is quite strong, so the metal roof of the godown can make it feel like an oven in the afternoon. We usually take a long break when the sun is at its peak. The staff is mostly local guys who have been working in the industrial sector for years. We don’t use a lot of complicated systems; we just keep things organized the way we’ve always done. There’s a small desk in the corner where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the work is physical. It’s an honest, hardworking atmosphere. We don't have any mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work that’s required for the day, and head home. It’s a steady routine that keeps the business running in this part of Karnataka.
