At OM TELENTIA PVT. LTD., we spend our time mostly on the technical side of things. It’s one of those jobs where you’re often looking at screens or dealing with service issues that most people don’t really see. We don’t have a storefront where you can just walk in and buy things off a shelf. Instead, it’s more of a back-office environment where we keep things running behind the scenes. The team is pretty small, just a handful of us who’ve been working together for a few years. We don’t have a lot of rules about what to wear or how to talk, as long as the work gets done correctly. Some days are slow, and we just catch up on filing and updating our records, but other days everything seems to happen at once. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about making sure the systems are working and the clients are getting the data they need. It’s practical work. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area, talking about anything but work for thirty minutes. It isn't a glamorous setup, just a few rooms with enough light and good enough chairs to get through the day. We’ve learned to manage the ups and downs of the industry without making a big fuss about it. We just show up and do what’s expected. We aren't big on meetings that last all morning, preferring to just get on with the task.
