At Nylocel Industrial Coatings Pvt. Ltd., the air usually smells a bit like fresh paint or strong solvent. We deal with a lot of liquid chemicals and coatings every day. Industrial coatings are basically just very tough paints and finishes for things that need to survive a lot of wear and tear. Our place is not a fancy office. We have a lot of large vats and mixing equipment scattered around the floor. We do not really have a big marketing plan or a sales team. We just talk to the people who need their metal parts or machines coated and then we get to work. We have been around for a bit, and we have seen how the industry changes, but the basic goal is still the same. You need a good coating that is not going to peel off. We spend a lot of our time checking the thickness of the layers and the consistency of the mix. It might seem boring to some people, but it is what we do for a living. We are not a huge corporation with a thousand employees. We are just a group of people who understand how these coatings behave under different conditions. Sometimes a batch of coating does not come out the exact right shade and we have to start the whole process over. It is just a part of the daily routine. We don't have a mission statement. We just mix the paint and apply it.
