We’ve been here at Site-IV in Sahibabad for a while now. If you know the industrial area in Ghaziabad, you know it gets busy and dusty. Our workshop at 54/12 is where we put together all these LED products. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. The machines run most of the day and we spend a lot of time checking batches. My brother and I started this because we saw everyone switching to LED. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes. We have some guys who have been with us since the start. Some days the power cuts are a pain but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a steady one. The workers take their tea breaks outside the main gate when the weather is nice. We mostly deal with local orders and some bigger contracts that come through friends. It’s a lot of technical stuff, looking at circuit boards and plastic casings. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the gate, but that’s just life in Site-IV. We keep the floor as organized as we can. It's just us making lights and trying to keep everything running smooth. No big speeches or fancy logos here. Just a lot of boxes and tools scattered around while we finish the day's quota.
