Maltex Fashoin Private Limited is our company, even with that specific way we spell fashion in the name. We never really thought about changing it because that’s how it was registered from the start. We are a private limited company, so there’s a lot of official stuff to take care of every month. The world of cloth and design is where we spend our time, though it’s more about the work than the glamour. Our space is usually filled with samples of different fabrics and a lot of thread. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see a fashion show. It’s more about the grit and the details. We spend a lot of our time checking the stuff that comes in and what goes out. Some days the office feels very small because there are so many rolls of fabric taking up the floor space. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. We just use our name, Maltex Fashoin Private Limited, and do what we know how to do. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when deadlines are tight, but we like the work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things moving and stay busy. It’s a plain and simple business and that suits us just fine. Most days are just a repeat of the one before.
