Our place is at Plot No. K-2 in the MIDC area of Kupwad, which is part of Sangli. We have been operating out of this spot for quite a long time. The post box is number 27, though we don't get as much physical mail as we used to these days. Inside our gate, it is mostly the sound of machines and people trying to get their work done on time. Sangli is a good place for this kind of work. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, so we try to keep the shop floor as cool as possible. It is a straightforward setup at Magnewin Energy. No one here wears a suit or a tie. Most of us are in work clothes because the jobs can get a bit messy. We have a small team, but everyone knows their role. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just deal with it and keep going. It is just part of life in the industrial area. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing department to handle things. People just call us when they need specific parts or help with their energy projects. We spend most of our time looking at designs or checking the quality of the things we build. It is a lot of manual work mixed with some basic engineering. We like being based in Maharashtra and being part of the local industry here. It keeps us busy.
