Lionia LED India Private Limited

Our office is tucked away near Khedekar Industry in Narhe Gaon. It is a bit of a climb to get up here, and the roads in Pune are not always the smoothest. Lionia LED India Private Limited has its base here, surrounded by other small workshops and factories. Inside, it is mostly bright because of all the lights we test. We have rows of workbenches where people sit and look at small parts. It is quiet work mostly, punctuated by the sound of a delivery van pulling up outside. The area of Narhe has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded with every passing month. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes. There is no canteen here, so we all eat together and talk about whatever is on the news. The building is quite plain, just bricks and paint. We do not have a big sign with lights on it, even though that is what we deal with. Most people find us by looking for the landmark nearby. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction work happening down the street. We just keep the windows shut and carry on. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the area well. We do not try to act like a big city firm. We are just a small group in a quiet corner of Pune, making sure everything is put together correctly before it goes out the door to the customers.
