LIGHT WORLD

Running Light World keeps us pretty busy most days. We don't have a fixed office address listed at the moment, which might seem a bit unusual, but we manage just fine without a permanent physical spot for people to visit. We spend most of our time out in the field or working directly with the people who need our help. It’s a bit of a hands-on type of business. We didn't start this to sit behind desks all day, anyway. Lighting is one of those things you don't really think about until it’s not working right, and that’s usually when people get in touch with us. We’ve been doing this for a while now and have seen all sorts of setups. Some are easy and some take a lot of figuring out. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell people things they don't actually need. We just look at what the situation is and try to fix it or provide what's missing. It’s a small operation, so when you call, you’re usually talking to the person who’s actually going to be doing the work. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. There’s no big corporate office or layers of bosses to deal with. Just us and the work that needs doing. We’re just glad to be able to do what we do every day. Sometimes it is tiring, but it is always interesting to see new projects.
