Jekmin Industries is a place where we get our hands dirty every day. We do a lot of manufacturing work and there is always something being cut, welded, or moved around. The workshop isn't a showpiece, it's a place for hard work. We have rows of machines and shelves filled with raw materials and tools we've collected over the years. Some of the equipment is old but it works perfectly because we take care of it ourselves. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. Most of our work comes from people who have bought from us before and know we just do the job. It gets noisy and the floor is always covered in bits of metal or dust, but that’s how a real factory looks. We start our day early with a quick check of the orders. We don't really follow a strict corporate hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. If a delivery is late or a machine breaks down, we just fix it and keep going. It’s a practical life and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that people can count on to get the orders out on time. It’s simple, honest manufacturing and that’s what we have been doing since we started this whole thing. We just focus on the day's production and the next delivery.
