IGLOW LIGHTING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our workspace is at gala no. 4 & 5 in the Marudhar Industrial Estate, over on Navghar Road in Vasai-east. It’s a typical industrial setup with high ceilings and a lot of concrete. IGLOW LIGHTING SOLUTIONS is where we spend our time putting together various lighting components. Vasai can get really humid, so the air in the gala is often thick, but we’re used to it. We have a lot of racks filled with LEDs and different housing materials. It’s not a place for visitors to come and see a showroom; it’s a working factory floor where things actually get made. We don't have a marketing department writing brochures for us. We just focus on the assembly and the testing of the lights. The commute to Navghar Road can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but once we're here, we just get stuck into the work. There are always trucks moving in and out of the estate, so there's a constant backdrop of engines and horns. We eat our lunch together near the entrance where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to get the orders packed and ready for the morning pickup. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and it feels like a second home to most of the staff who work here every day.
