At Homdec Lighting (India) Pvt. Ltd., we mostly just worry about getting the lights right for people. We don't have a specific street address to give out right now because we operate in a way that doesn't really require a walk-in shop. A lot of our time is spent dealing with suppliers and making sure we have what people are asking for. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when shipments are late or things don't go exactly as planned, but that’s just part of the business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell actually works like it’s supposed to. The team here is pretty small, just a few folks who know their way around lighting fixtures and the technical side of things. We talk to customers directly, so there isn't any middleman making things complicated. It’s better that way because we actually hear what people need. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales pitch. Usually, people find us because they need lighting and someone told them we could help. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a practical business run by regular people who appreciate a good day’s work and a satisfied customer. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here without needing a fancy office space to show off.
