We don't really have a fixed street address listed right now for Hemilox Solar Project Pvt. Ltd., but we spend most of our time out at different sites anyway. Solar work means being under the sun for a lot of the day. We are a small private limited company, mostly just a handful of people who know how to handle the equipment. Our daily routine involves a lot of driving and carrying heavy parts. We usually meet up early in the morning at a small storage spot we use and then head out to wherever the project is. It's not the kind of job where you sit in an office with air conditioning. We get sweaty and tired, but it's okay because the work is straightforward. We don't have a receptionist or a big corporate office. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone, usually while we are in the middle of doing something else. We keep our tools in the back of the van and make sure everything is charged for the next day. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, and those are the days we just catch up on paperwork or clean the gear. It's just us trying to get these projects done without making too much of a fuss. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just show up and do the task. It's hard work but it's okay.
