We go by Gripwell Multi Tech, and even though things are always moving around, we stay focused on the technical side of things. We haven't bothered much with having a big permanent address to show off on every flyer or business card. Most of our work is out in the field or handled through direct contacts anyway. We deal with various technical components and tools, the kind of stuff that really needs to hold up under pressure. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on thinking. We don’t spend much time in fancy boardrooms; we’re usually looking at hardware or figuring out how to make a system work a bit better. The name Gripwell comes from that idea of being reliable and making sure things stay put when they are supposed to. It's a small team here, just a few of us who know the industry well enough to get things right without a lot of fuss or unnecessary talk. We spend our hours talking to suppliers, checking on parts, and trying to solve the little problems that pop up in a normal workday. There’s no big corporate manual here, just common sense and a bit of experience. We find that people appreciate it when you just tell them the truth about what can be done. It’s a busy life, always something new to look at or a different challenge to tackle. We keep our tools ready and our heads down, making sure we stay busy and the work gets done properly every single time.
