Our factory is out in the RIICO Industrial Area in Bhiwadi. We’ve got three plots, F-455, 56, and 57, so there is plenty of space for the heavy stuff. Rajasthan can be really dusty and hot, especially in the middle of the year, but the industrial area is always buzzing with activity. We do electrical work on a bigger scale. It’s mostly about industrial components and wiring systems that you’d see in large buildings or factories. We’re not the kind of place that sells light bulbs for your house. It’s a lot of metal cabinets, thick cables, and circuit parts. The guys on the floor are usually busy with welding or assembling parts. We spend a lot of time checking the connections because electrical things have to be right. There’s no room for guessing when you’re dealing with high voltage. The office side is just some simple rooms where we handle the orders and talk to suppliers. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, so we usually just stay here all day and eat lunch together. We’ve been through a lot of changes in the industry, but the basic work of putting together good electrical gear hasn't changed much. It’s a busy life but it keeps us moving. We don't worry about being fancy, we just focus on the panels and the wires.
